COVID 19 Notice for our Customers

At Cleanworks the health and safety of our Customers and Employees is our top priority. For this reason, we are unable to service locations that have – within the last 48 hours – been occupied by anyone that:

has been sick or diagnosed with COVID-19; or
has been in close contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19; or
has been the subject of a required quarantine.

If any of these apply, please be sure to schedule your appointment to occur at least 48 hours after these circumstances have been (or will be) resolved.

Spot and Spill Warranty

Coverage Details:

This Limited Warranty provides free spot and spill removal service calls for common household ‘food and drink spills’ for 12 months from date of service. This warranty covers the qualifying areas (see restrictions below) that we cleaned and protected with our environmentally friendly Fiber Sealant. This Limited Warranty also includes a bottle of our professional grade carpet spot remover with FREE REFILLS during the warranty period! Never pay for carpet spot remover again – unless you want to!

Exclusions:

Urine, feces, blood or vomit removal (including from pets)
Overall soiling in traffic lanes;
Water or sewer damage
Area Rugs
Rental Properties or businesses
