A: Because time matters in these situation, we offer 24/7/365 response time for emergency water removal. We commit to be on-site within 4 hours of the initial call.

A: Coverage depends on the cause of the leak. Check with your insurance company for specific coverage questions.

A: For water damage claims that are covered by insurance, your cost should be the amount of your insurance deductible. The insurance company will pay above that.

Otherwise, the cost for drying services depends entirely on the size of the project.
