We use a number of techniques, processes and products to either clean, semi-refinish, or refinish your furniture, depending on the condition. However, if the cost to restore a piece is higher than the value or the same as the replacement cost (depending on your insurance coverage), then we will mark the item to be replaced instead of restored. This list is then supplied to the insurance company for reimbursement to the insured.
